Webshop

The webshop sells products to individuals, sports clubs, companies etc. The product prizes are including Vat. We reserve the right for changing the prices and delivery expenses.

Ordering

The products are ordered in the webshop by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the cart at the web-payment service. All customer information is handled with confidence. The contact information asked during the order is not used to anything else, than the delivery and possible delays etc information unless separately mentioned. By ordering from the webshop you are demanded to explore and to commit to the delivery terms, which are valid at the time of the order..

Payment 

We offer payments via Klarna Checkout, which has choices of invoice, partial payments, card payments and web bank payments. The payments are also possible to do via PayPal system and by using PayPal you approve the terms of PayPal.

By giving info at the cash desk you approve the terms of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By pressing "buy" button you approve the overall terms of Pure Pull Oy:n.

Order- and paymentconfirmation

Once we have received your order, we send you automatically the order confirmation via email and you will see your order information there.

Check always the info in the confirmation. If you have questions, please contact asap our customer service via email Save the order confirmation in case of need to contact the customer service. When contacting the customer service, please keep your possible client and order number available. Check always, that the delivery is matching with the order confirmation.

Delivery terms and expenses

Delivery expenses are including the shipping and handling expenses. In the shopping cart we show the estimation of the delivery expenses by the primary deliver way. The exact deliveryexpenses you see once you have chosen the payment- and delivery terms. The delivery terms are depending on the products and about the total weight of the order.

In the cash desk you can choose the delivery term, which suits you the best with the exact delivery terms.

Delivery time

The usual delivery time depends on the order, delivery terms and stock situation. Mainly the order coming in between Mon-Web are leaving from our warehouse on Thu and the order coming in on Thu-Sun are leaving on Monday. The freight time depends on the size of the order and the delivery address/country.

Any delays of the delivery will be informed to the client if there is product in the cart, which are out of stock.

We are not responsible about delays or the problems caused by the delays. The webshop is informing about changes in delivery times at its sites.

Returning terms 

Unopened products, which are good to sell have 14 days returning right. If the delivery value drops below 79€ after the returning, we add the delivery expenses to the order via the cheapest delivery option. If the product is broken, we compensate the value or send a new product to you. If you got a wrong product, we send the right one after the returning.

If the product is not picked up - we charge 20€ expense.

Please note, that opened vitamins and other possible nutrition don't have the change- or returning right. Returned clothes must be clean, un-used and in their original pack. If the retuned item don't match to returning term, we send it back to the client and charge the re-sending expenses.

Mikäli palautettu tuote ei täytä edellämainittuja kriteereitä, lähetämme tuotteen takaisin ostajalle ja veloitamme uudelleentoimituskulut.

Please note! If you return a product, which has no returning right or the pack is open - we do not compensate them.

Problem situations.

If the item is lost or broken during the delivery or it is not matching the order - you need to inform us during 14 days via email to  info(@)purepull.eu. If the pack is clearly broken during the transport, you need to complain straight to the delivery company. J
